Welcome to our home - we are directly across from the public beach. We have recently (April 2024) renovated the second story deck (above the porch) and added a hot tub (access granted at check in after reserving guest has signed the deck and hot tub waiver) for more amazing views. The home has three bedrooms (two bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with 2 twin beds) plus a study on the main floor off of the living room that has a queen murphy bed and curtains for privacy. It also has two bathrooms with showers and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. Our favorite room is the large 4-season porch with table and (newly added) porch swing- our favorite place to watch sunrises with coffee, play games, and watch the amazing sunsets, all the while playing our favorite tunes on the Sonos speaker system. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to eight cars. Since we are right on the lake, there are trains that run by several times a day. We find them charming and nostalgic! We provide sound machines and fans if the noise would bother you at night. If this is a deal breaker for you, please don't book.

All guests that use the hot tub must sign the Deck and Hot Tub waiver. A link to the waiver will be sent prior to check in to the reserving guest. A QR code to the waiver is also provided on site. Guests can save on platform fees when booking direct! When booking direct, expect to provide credit card information, a copy of identification, a verified email, and a selfie (don't worry, we won't see the selfie :-), these are all required by the credit card payment processor). Access to the 2nd story deck w/hot tub is granted after reserving guest signs the deck and hot tub waiver. The reserving guest must sign the waiver 3 days prior to check in or the host has the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. All guests that use the hot tub must sign the waiver.
