Good to know

This guest suite includes a bedroom with king bed, a bathroom with shower, and a large living area with king pull out couch, small dining table, and smart TV. It does not have a kitchen - it has a microwave, toaster, ice maker, small refrigerator with freezer, and full coffee bar.

House Rules

In 2025, only paid guests of Riverview Respite are allowed to use the courtyard, sauna, or hot tub (no visitors). Courtyard waiver must be signed at least 3 days in advance of check in date by the booking guest, regardless if sauna or hot tub is used. Waiver must be signed by any guest using the courtyard, sauna, or hot tub, either in advance or on-site using QR code provided. Courtyard, sauna, and hot tub hours are 8am to 10pm.

Other Details to Note

This space is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants and is less than a mile from the winery. It is directly across from the marina, and because of this, the railroad tracks are across the street as well. Trains run at unpredictable intervals- we find them soothing and nostalgic, and provide a noise canceling device and a fan, but please note this if you are a light sleeper.

Wonderful house with everything you need and even more. Very cozy and stylish space — the coffee bar is amazing, the kitchen is modern, the living room is stylish, and the bedroom is very comfortable. The sauna is a great bonus for complete relaxation. Communication with the hosts was excellent — fast, polite, and very pleasant. We felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. I really loved this place and would definitely recommend it. I would happily stay here again.

Mary’s place was a beautiful, peaceful and cozy place. Our hosts communicated clearly all information from checking through checkout. We found a lot to do in the area and enjoyed our time.

Mary’s place was absolutely wonderful for our girls weekend! The sauna and hot-tub were both so idyllic in the winter. The space itself was perfect— well decorated, stocked and everything was such high quality. The king bed was particularly comfortable. There was a beautiful view and big windows with lots of natural light, and the coffee shop only steps away was a nice plus. We would absolutely return and recommend for anyone wanting a riverside respite from the cities, place to stay during a Pepin wedding, or romantic weekend. Best air bnb I’ve stayed at!

We had a fantastic stay! The place had everything we needed for a great stay (shout-out to a very well stocked bathroom). Everything was super clean and had a restful vibe. I found the train sounds to be very soothing! We walked to the Villa bellezza winery from the Airbnb, and there are plenty of other walkable places to check out. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Our stay was fabulous! We were only in Pepin for one night, but wish it was longer!! Mary was so communicative and helpful, everything in the AirBnB was labeled and organized neatly, with so many extra items that we had everything we needed! Very peaceful space and the decor was so beautiful! And of course the outside amenities were wonderful and so enjoyable! We recommend wholeheartedly!

We had such a wonderfully relaxing time this weekend. Everything was so well-organized and clean. The space was immaculately decorated and well-appointed. Mary was helpful and responsive and had everything labeled so we could reference how-tos for everything. We laughed and played games and took walks and soaked and saunaed. It was lovely. Thank you so so much. We can’t wait to come again.

Mary truly thought of EVERYTHING in her property. It was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in and we use them fairly regularly, along with another property rental company. Excellent attention to detail, very helpful and communicative and beautifully furnished property. Many properties feel like they're thrown together with mismatched furnishings but Mary's place is fully designed to both look and feel high end. We would LOVE to return!
